I am a craniosacral therapist with continuing deep commitment to social change.
My background is in 15 years of environmental and human rights work – from rainforest activism to government lobbying.
Alongside my craniosacral practice in North London, I am a campaigns communications specialist for an international environmental organisation.
For the past 10 years I have been following the seams of my interests in ecopsychology, and now weave Ecopsychology into my therapeutic bodywork practice as well as my campaigns work.
As part of the Activist Trauma Support network, I offer skillshares on posttraumatic stress and burnout, as well as individual support.
I offer sliding-scale fees particularly to those actively working for environmental and social change, and run a low cost clinic for people with environmental illnesses and fatigue conditions such as ME.
I also practice equine craniosacral therapy, building on my earlier work with traumatised horses.
From the personal to the planetary, I am interested in how our relationship to our world affects our wellbeing as a whole.
